During the love ceremony, you will work with the following techniques:

  • Breathwork: the most powerful shortcut to your inner world, emotions, and sensual essence

  • Massage and conscious touch: rediscover each other’s bodies in a playful and sacred way
  • Meditation: the most important tool to slow down and reconnect with yourself
  • Consent: you will learn to recognise when you are feeling a YES and when you are feeling a NO, and how to communicate both
  • Conscious and non-violent communication: a safe and sexy container in which you can express your desires and boundaries.

I will be your guide and facilitator in this session. I am on a mission to empower others to open their heart and live their soul’s purpose. I am a co-founder of Ilumina and am dedicated to supporting you in reconnecting with yourself and your partner.

With 15+ years of experience in both tantra and breathwork, plus a background in business and sales, I embody a balance of spirituality and down-to-earth manifestation.

I am well-known for having a flowing combination of creating a loving space and practicing radical honesty, all with the purpose of helping you to take your life to the next level.

    Frequently asked questions

    We have no experience in tantra. Is this love ceremony for us?

    Definitely, you don’t need to have any experience with Tantra. This session is for you if you’re curious what Tantra is about and/or if you wish for more connection in your relationship. We understand that if you are new to Tantra, registering for a session can already be a big step that can be outside of your comfort zone. During this ceremony you will be able to do the exercises at your own pace, and you will learn useful exercises and tools you can practice together at home.

    We are not hetrosexual. Is this love ceremony for us?

    Of course! This session is open for everyone – men and women (regardless of sexual orientation), non-binary individuals, all are super welcome.

    Do we have to get naked?

    No, and you will never ‘have to’ do anything with us. Nudity can be invited, but will never be obligated. I will always support you when you express a boundary and decide to not join an exercise.
